Justin has over 15 years in the trades—windows, doors, siding, carpentry, pavers, landscaping—earning a reputation for doing things right the first time. Mel has a background in commercial construction management, executive leadership in building materials, and now runs a national coaching business, Melanie Anne, helping construction companies grow. She brings organization, communication, and big-picture thinking to every project.
